The greatest customer service experience I’ve probably ever had in my life. Dave went above and beyond to assist with a pressure washer I previously bought from Harbor Freight. Never met this man before but this gentleman deserves a promotion at Harbor Freight or any job. Plain and simple Dave displayed phenomenal support. Thank you Dave, customer service in today’s day gets a bad rap, you however are truly one of the greats.

Great team here. I had a horrible experience at your other location and even just walking into the store the atmosphere is different. The lady at the counter greeted me with a smile like she wanted to be there. Nick was kind and courteous and so was Michelle. Thank y'all for being a great team I really appreciate it.

Great place to buy decent tools at a good price, they also carry a better tool quality for a bit higher cost. I like to come in and browse sometimes to find the things I didn’t know I wanted and probably didn’t need, so be careful… it’s like the family dollar of tools 😂 Some tools if not most have a great return policy and most of the machinery if not all is able to be insured with them where if it fails or breaks then you just pay a small deductible and receive a the same tool brand new, you can even upgrade and pay the difference if I’m not mistaken. Long story short this place is clean, organized and affordable. I will always give this place my business.

I love this place! I have been pleased with all my purchases. I was recently there for a tarp for my car. I wasn't sure what size I needed, a staff member named Freddy offered and proceeded to go out in the cold, measure my car, and help me find the right one. Thank you again Freddy 😊 …
